Where We Ship

  • We currently ship only within Canada, to all provinces.

  • All orders ship from our distribution centre in Quebec, so every order is a domestic shipment.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • As soon as your order is confirmed, it is prepared within 1–24 business hours.

  • Orders in Quebec are eligible for same-day delivery once prepared (depending on the time the order is placed and local carrier cut-off times).

  • For all other provinces, your order is shipped as soon as it is prepared; delivery time depends on your location and the carrier, but is usually very fast since all shipments are domestic.

Shipping Cost

  • $0 shipping cost on all orders in Canada.

  • The price you see on the product page is the final price—no surprise fees at checkout.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

  • As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number, so you can follow your shipment in real time.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for deliveries to an incorrect address entered by the customer, but we’ll do our best to help you if something goes wrong.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, contact our support team at info@bradzzy.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we’ll assist you.
